The Company Line

Monier and Company was established to provide home Sellers and Buyers with an alternative to single service real estate. Our Menu of Services offers many options for home owners looking to sell their homes. We are not a discount brokerage but we do offer reduced cost options. While we are a small company, our marketing doesn’t take a back seat to anyone. In fact, with all the resources available to us, our marketing generates more bang for the buck than any monster real estate company.

As a broker since 1984 I’ve help hundreds of clients buy and sell homes. Having worked in good markets and bad, I have the experience and know-how to see the transaction through to the close.

Not only do I work with residential clients but part of my business is working with investors as well. That involves small and intermediate multi-unit investment properties.

While most of Monier & Company clients are referred from past customers, friends and business affiliates, I gladly offer new clients the same level of care and commitment. After so many years in the business I appreciate the needs of Buyers and Sellers and treat each one as if they were my only client.

Alternatives

We provide Sellers with alternatives when listing their homes. Offered are a range of listing services including:

• full service commission based listing package
• listing by the hour
• two flat fee, for sale by owner systems

Sellers are provided a listing program that will fit every need.

In today’s real estate market Sellers have lots of competition when selling their home. Often, in a flat market like this, homes haven’t generated the equity sellers need to pay large commissions and have much left over. In those situations, if a seller wants to provide the “sweat equity” of selling the home themselves, we can help with a flat fee system.

On the other hand, if a seller has neither the time nor inclination to sell a home themselves, our full service, commission based listing package is just the right solution. We have developed the No Surprises listing system to be a complete marketing and home selling package that covers the entire listing and sale process.

We also offer an hourly listing service that is competitively priced and may be an option for some sellers. It offers many of the same benefits as the full service commission listing however, instead of paying a commission an hourly fee is charged.
